Blueberry Cheesecake Biscoff Spread
This spread will blow your socks (bisc)OFF! The blueberry swirl mixed with a vanilla cheesecake spread and biscoff spread (and added blueberries and lotus biscuits) is a mix made in heaven!
Ingredients
- 400 g white chocolate
- 1 tbsp vanilla cake mix I used a box mix
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1/2 jar biscoff spread
- 3 lotus biscoff biscuits
- 2 tsp blueberry flavouring
- 1 tsp black food colouring
- 1 tsp blue food colouring
- 1 tsp purple food colouring
- 1/2 cup dehydrated blueberries if you cant find blueberries, use raisins!
Instructions
Vanilla Cheesecake spread
- Melt 200g white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments until it is melted.
- Add in 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of cake mix. Mix well and put to one side
- Crush 2 biscoff lotus and mix into the white chocolate
Blueberry swirl spread
- Melt 200g white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments until it is melted.
- Add in the 2tbsp of oil, and slowly add the blueberry flavourings.
- Add the food colouring. You can add more of each colour to get the colour you desire. Put to one side.
Lotus spread
- This is the easiest! Use your store bought lotus spread and melt down!
Assembly
- Slwoly drizzle the blueberry spread into the white chocolate spread bowl.
- Do the same with the lotus spread.
- Slowly swirl with a knife, and carefully pour into your jar!
- Leave to cool for 12 hours, and then be ready for the tastiest blueberry cheesecake biscoff spread you have ever seen!
