Another week, another spread, will I ever stop, NOPE! This week is the world famous Wispa Gold! I must admit making this was a challenge as I wanted to try and make it as light and aerated as possible. After failing with Bicarbonate of Soda I did manage to get a perfect texture! I have finally posted again on my site, so go have a look at the recipe!⁣

Now onto the spread, this is of course a milk chocolate spread, with caramel mixed throughout! It is topped with an extra layer of caramel to make it extra tasty!⁣
