Creme Egg Spread
RECIPE BELOW
I am currently away on a long weekend, so you snack fiends are getting one of my favourite creations EVER! The beautiful Creme Egg Spread!
The spread itself is a chocolate base, with Creme egg Creme swirled inside, and of course a fondant egg on top!

How did he make it you may ask? Let me reveal my secret:
Ingredients:
1x Pack of mini Cream Eggs
5tbs of Sunflower Oil
400g of Dairy Milk
Icing sugar (all approx measurements)
Orange food dye (all approx measurements)
2tsp Vanilla Extract
Spread:
1. Unwrap and Freeze the pack of Mini Cream Eggs.
2. Once frozen solid, break down the Dairy Milk and melt it in the microwave at 10 second increments.
3. Once melted add 5tbs of oil and mix well.
4. Remove the Mini Creme Eggs from the freezer and cut them up into small chunks.
5. Mix the chunks into the mix and pour into a jar.
6. Let to set overnight in a cool dark place.
“Egg” Topping:
1. Once the spread has set its time to make the egg, first get two small bowls and pour approx 1/2 cup icing sugar in each.
2. Slowly add 1tsp of water at a time until they form a thick white paste.
3. Add 1st of vanilla to each bowl.
4. In one bowl, add orange food dye.
5. In the orange yolk bowl, add more icing sugar until it forms a doughy and roll it into a ball.
6. Pour the white onto the spread, and then place the “yolk” in the middle.
7. Leave for 30mins – 1 hour to set.
8. FINALLY ENJOY YOUR SPREAD!!!!
